A prank by teenage pop phenomenon Justin Bieber has left two people in Texas fuming and they are now threatening legal action. 
TMZ reports that a man identified only as Kent, and a woman named Dilcie, say their phones have been ringing nonstop with calls from ecstatic young Bieber fans because the 18-year-old singer posted a phone number very similar to theirs on his Twitter account earlier this month. The tweet, which was sent to Biebs' 19 million followers, read, "Call me right now," and included a phone number that was missing a single digit.
The plaintiffs' lawyer says her clients phones have rung over 1,000 times and at all hours of the night because of Bieber's "reckless actions." Now they want an apology and a show of good faith, perhaps including concert tickets and/or monetary compensation, before they'll drop their case.
The "Boyfriend" singer is quite the prankster, but will he have to pay for this joke?
