Justin Bieber and Sean Kingston started a small riot on Ocean Drive early Friday night, when fans swarmed their vehicle as it cruised down the posh Miami strip. A plain-clothes officer helped get things under control so Sean and 17-year-old Biebs--who was behind the wheel of Sean's tricked-out Rolls Royce--could continue on their way. The good buddies have been chilling in the Sunshine State for the past couple of days, including a stop in Boca Raton to catch Justin's girlfriend Selena Gomez' concert.
No word on whether they hit up Soulja Boy's birthday bash in South Beach, but maybe Justin can hitch a ride back to the West Coast in Soulja's new ride?
