Melodie Nicholson, Rugz D. Bewler to Perform at Music Matters Showcase
SOB’s in New York City is goin’ up on a Tuesday. This Tuesday (Jan. 13) to be exact, with some of the new year’s artists to watch.
Rugz D. Bewler, whose buzz continues to grow with the release of his latest mixtape, Béne, is one of the acts hitting the stage, performing songs like his single “Paradice.”
Also set to perform this evening will be “Say Yes” singer Melodie Nicholson, who looks to bring the house down with her soulful melodies and unmistakable vocal range.
For those who always want to be the first to discover new artists, the opening acts, Young Rome, Denita & Sene, and Polly A, are not to be missed. And of course the evening’s hosts, Buttahman and Celeste Seda, will make sure that there is not a dull moment, even as fans are waiting for the show to start.
Doors open at 8 p.m. with DJ Lyve and Max October behind the tables. Admission is free but fans must have ID as the show is 21 and over.
