People Are Dying Laughing at This Video of Kevin Love Taking a Ball to the Face

And J.R. Smith hilariously gave him CPR on the court.

Kevin Love wasn't ready and the internet is dying laughing over it.

Before the Cleveland Cavaliers-Boston Celtics' game last night, the Cavs' forward took his eyes off the ball for just a second and got hit in the face because of it during the team's warm-ups. Adding to the hilarity is Cavs' guard J.R. Smith dropping down and jokingly giving Love CPR.

K. Love can laugh over the moment now, considering he had 15 points and 16 rebounds and the Cavs rode LeBron James's monster performance (36 points, 10 rebounds and six assists) to a 114-91 whooping of the Celtics.

That being said, Twitter isn't going to let Kevin live this down anytime soon.

Here's the clip of him getting hit in the face followed by all the hilarious reactions to it. For next time, remember ... if you stay ready, you don't have to get ready.
