Kid Cudi Announces Next Album Speedin' Bullet to Heaven
"Day 'n' Nite" rapper Kid Cudi is set to join this year's growing list of hip hop releases as he just announced the title and tentative release of his fifth studio album.
Dubbed Speedin' Bullet to Heaven, the LP follows his 2014 effort Satellite Flight: The Journey to Mother Moon. While Cudi has not yet confirmed whether or not this title is a part of his Man on the Moon series, he has promised that the project is coming "really soon" via a tweet.
Cudi indicated back in January that he was ready to begin working on Man on the Moon 3 with the same team that has shaped the sound of his past projects. Speaking of his recording team, which includes Emile Haynie, Plain Pat, A-Trak and Dot da Genius, he tweeted, "We all had a vision we shared for this story. I can't create the magic yall want with out their energy and genius to bounce off of."
Here's to hoping Cudder's upcoming album hits shelves sooner than later.
