TDE rapper Ab-Soul channeled his inner Jay-Z when he announced the birth of his newborn twins.

“Everybody stressin. Who’s his babies mom? Who he got pregnant? Let me tell you, uuuhhhh…,” he cryptically typed on a post where he is seen on a couch cradling and smiling at the babies. He turned the IG post’s comments off.

The lyrics come from “Streets Is Talking,” featuring Beanie Siegel. “Streets Is Talking” was the fourth track on 2000’s The Dynasty: Roc La Familia.

Jay-Z is also a father of twins, five-year-old Sir and Rumi Carter with wife Beyoncé.

According to VIBE, this isn't the first time Ab-Soul showed his Jay-Z influences. He interpolated a bit of “Streets Is Talking” on 2014’s These Days… cut “Ride Slow,” produced by Mac Miller, under the alias Larry Fisherman.

In late 2022, Ab released his critically acclaimed fifth album, Herbert featuring guest appearances from Joey Bada$$, Big Sean, Jhené Aiko, Russ, Fre$h, Ambré, Alemeda, SiR, Punch, Zacari, and Lance Skiiiwalker.

He is headed out on a 17-city tour kicking off June 2 in Toronto.
