New information regarding Prince’s death has surfaced, while the world anxiously awaits the toxicology reports to come in.

As reported, between 2013 and the iconic artist’s tragic passing on April 21, 2016, four medical emergency calls were made from his home, according to the Carver County Sheriff’s Office.

The causes and outcomes of the first three calls were not immediately known and aren’t a matter of public record, although CNN has requested more information.

According to court documents, a Carver County judge sealed a search warrant for Prince’s home and any evidence found as a result out of concern that disclosing the details could “compromise this law enforcement investigation.”

The following is the most detailed information available about the last 911 call:

"On 4/21/2016 at about 0943 hours, sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a medical call at Paisley Park 7810 Audubon Dr., Chanhassen, MN. Sheriff's deputies and emergency personnel from Chanhassen Fire and Ridgeview Ambulance arrived at or about 0948 and found an unresponsive adult male in the elevator. They tried to provide lifesaving CPR, but were unable to revive the victim. He was pronounced deceased at 1007 hours. He was identified as Prince Rogers Nelson (57) of Chanhassen."
