UPDATE:
Tracy Morgan seems to be showing signs of recovery following a massive six-vehicle accident in New Jersey on Saturday, though the 30 Rock actor remains in critical condition. Doctors expect the actor and comedian, who suffered several broken bones among other injuries, to remain in the hospital for weeks, TMZ reports.
His rep says Morgan was more responsive on Sunday, adding, "His family is tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans."

Meanwhile, one of the drivers involved in the accident has been charged with causing the fatal crash, which has left several critically injured and one dead. Police had said they believed the driver, who turned himself in to authorities on Saturday, was dozing and didn't see traffic slowing in front of his 18-wheeler until it was too late, crashing into the vehicle carrying comedian Morgan and his entourage.

The 30 Rock star was riding in a limo bus when the accident occurred, say police. The limo bus overturned at the New Jersey Turnpike. “The limo bus is the only vehicle that overturned,” says Sgt. Gregory Williams of the New Jersey Police. “Looks like one of the tractor-trailers may have rear-ended that limo bus, but that’s preliminary at this time.” He adds that it doesn’t appear alcohol was a factor in the crash, though that is currently being investigated.

The crash occurred after Morgan performed at the Dover Downs Hotel and Casino in Delaware. One person was killed and seven others hospitalized with injuries, authorities say. The fatality may have been another passenger in the limo bus.
Morgan has four children, including an infant daughter with wife Megan Wollover. Our prayers go out for his speedy recovery.
