First Look at Documentary on Anita Hill
Anita Hill's testimony to Congress in 1991 that she had been sexually harassed by Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas was the ultimate convergence of sex, race and politics. Shamed by Beltway insiders and supported by millions of women worldwide, Hill endured deep personal embarrassment in her quest to stand up for justice.
Hill's "trial" in front of the Senate and the impact of her actions on a new generation of women are the subject of Oscar-winning filmmaker Frieda Mock's riveting documentary ANITA. The film opened to rave reviews at the Sundance Film Festival last year, and will come to theaters on March 21.
We've got your first look at the trailer for ANITA below.
