Terrence Howard stars as Detective Starks, a man who's on a mission to solve a case involving the death of a neighborhood deaf boy. While Detective Starks continues to search for answers, he finds that the key to solving the mystery may just be steps away from his own home as he interrogates a known neighborhood serial killer (played by Peter Fonda).
Will Starks be able to solve this case and pin the serial killer to the crime?
