EXCLUSIVE: We've Got the Scoop on Tamar Braxton's Rumored Replacement on The Real
It hasn't even been a week since Tamar Braxton was let go from The Real, but rumors are already swirling about who will replace the outspoken former host.
According to Bossip, sources reveal KeKe Palmer is being considered for the fifth chair on the talk show, joining Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai, Loni Love and Tamera Mowry-Housley. But BET.com has the inside track on whether there's any truth to the rumors.
“The person who’s going to replace Tamar is KeKe Palmer,” says Bossip's source. “Rachel [Miskowiec, showrunner for The Real] produced the pilot for Telepictures with KeKe Palmer last summer.”
“She likes KeKe and KeKe of course wants to do another talk show,” they added. “She’s on the fast track to being in that role.”
But BET.com has learned exclusively that the rumors are false. A source close to KeKe tells us that she's not currently considering joining the daily talk show, because her schedule is too packed with other projects, including her role on Scream Queens.
So, looks like the field is still wide open as to who will replace Tamar.
