Offset Just Dragged TF Out Of Chris Brown Over This 21 Savage Joke…
Unlike two million other Instagrammers on Chris Brown’s page, Migos rap star Offset didn’t find anything funny about that 21 Savage meme he posted last week, and promptly let him know it.
The video-shopped meme shows 21 rapping in a British accent in his XXL Freshmen Class cypher from 2016 in direct correlation to the Atlanta trapateer’s current ICE arrest situation. According to the government agency (and 21’s birth certificate), the “X” rapper is a UK-born citizen “unlawfully” on American territory. The ICE spokesperson on his case, Brian Cox, conveniently excludes that 21 was actually brought to the States by his parents however and was henceforth raised on American soil.
But while Chris’s reposting of the meme doesn’t exactly mock 21’s detainment situation, the “Ric Flair Drip” rapper still had some choice words for him.
‘Memes ain’t funny lame,’ Offset commented on Breezy’s Instagram
The shot triggered a tug-of-war between Migos and Team Breezy fans afterward, as several people jumped to both artists’ defenses.
And from there, the Twittervese have let the debates commence:
