Lena Dunham Had Something To Get Off Her Chest About Jordyn Woods And The Kardashians

The often problematic "GIRLS" star weighs in on the scandal.

Since the news of Jordyn Woods' alleged involvement in Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's reported split, the young socialite has been slut-shamed and berated across social media.

One unsuspecting actress, however, is now coming to her defense and is calling out all of those who are ridiculing Jordyn for allegedly wrecking the couple's relationship.

Former Girls star and notoriously outspoken actress Lena Dunham recently took to Twitter where she extensively caped for Jordyn, explaining that the slut-shamed star is just a young girl, figuring things out.

"Can you imagine if who you'd made out with when you were 21 has massive public shaming consequences?" she tweeted. "When I was 21 I kissed my friend's crush in my bathroom during a dinner party. I was inexplicably wearing a dog leash. I stayed in bed for days feeling hot shame. That was enough of a consequence!"

Referencing the severity of the public's attacks and Jordyn's BFF Kylie Jenner's method of retaliation, she added, "Nobody slashed prices on my eyeliner brand or whatever."

  • Continuing along her critique of the hot topic, she suggested that the legal age anyone should be allowed to put their lives on television should be 26.

  • Ending her rant, when a follower accused her of "coming for the Kardashians," Dunham clarified that she actually admires them and is just expressing her disappointment in the media for vilifying "a very young girl" for her sexual choices.
