Drake Name-Dropped During National Spelling Bee
Drake made his debut at the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Maryland, without ever leaving the house.
A judge used him as a clue for the Latin word “bacchius,” during Thursday night’s competition held in National Harbor.
The student tasked with spelling “bacchius” asked for a definition and a context clue. That’s when the judge name-dropped October's Very Own: “Drake’s new mixtape contains a rap in which every word ends and begins with a ‘bacchius.’”
