After being hospitalized while on vacation in Aspen for "mild kidney failure," Nick Cannon is getting transferred back to L.A. The rapper-actor and television personality tweeted that he was heading back to his place of residence after being temporarily stranded in the Colorado destination spot.

"Currently being transfered to a hospital in LA," he wrote. "Thank you all for all your love, prayers and concern. You know me... I will be a'ight."

Yesterday, Cannon's wife, Mariah Carey, broke the news that he had suffered the health crisis.

"Please pray for Nick as he's fighting to recover from a mild kidney failure. #mybraveman," she wrote. The two were accompanied in Aspen by their twin boys, Morrocan and Monroe.
