Judge Orders Less Drug Testing for Chris Brown
Chris Brown is staying "focused," as promised, and his display of good behavior since he's been out of jail has a Los Angeles Superior Court judge reducing his probation requirements.
Wendesday (Aug. 13) Judge James Bradlin lessened Brown's drug testing from three times a week to twice, and denied the probation department's request to increase his community labor from three days per week to four.
He says Breezy's been cooperating with his therapist and in compliance with his probation officer.
The "New Flame" singer was locked up from mid-March to early June for getting into an altercation with a fan in 2013, violating the probation he was sentenced to for his 2009 assault on Rihanna.
"Back to the Music and Fans," he tweeted soon after his release.
Keeping to his word, he's most recently appeared on DJ Khaled's latest, "Hold You Down," and seems settled on the new drop date for his long-awaited X album, Sept. 16.
Early this morning, he tweeted, "I got a special gift for the fans today! #NewFlame #XTheAlbum."
