While chatting about fashion trends we should expect to see at the 2021 BET Hip Hop Awards, Nadirah Simmons couldn’t help but sing the praises of the rapper’s style. The founder of The Gumbo was particularly fond of the Swarovski crystal-covered hair curlers by A-Morir and colorful foil tracksuit worn by the star at the BET Hip Hop Awards in 2019.
“It was a perfect look because it nodded to Rapsody’s personal style,” she explained about the ensemble styled by Misa Hylton. “It was the perfect look for the carpet and one that all artists should take note of.”
