Boxing Legend's Scary Stalker

You know it's bad when a fighter has to file a restraining order.

It's scary enough when a celebrity is being stalked.

But you know it's serious when one of the greatest boxers of all time feels threatened to the point that he files a restraining order.

That's what boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard is facing, filing a restraining order to grant him and his family protection from stalker Mark Anthony Francisco, who has harassed him for years. A judge granted the order, forcing Francisco to stay 100 yards away from Leonard, his wife and kids.

According to TMZ Sports, the 55-year-old stalker has been sending Leonard creepy letters since 2008, with one even warning, "I will kill you, your mother and your daughters."

Another letter read: "I mean what the f*** I did and said. I hate a punk ass n*****."

He also threatened: "You need to make a deposit to my checking account before I shoot the s*** out of your ass."

Although Leonard told TMZ that Francisco stopped his threats for several years, he resurfaced this past October by using the boxer's charitable foundation as a point of stalking access, even claiming he was Leonard's cousin.

The deranged man even went as far as to show up at Leonard's house, following up with a letter that read: "I went to your old houses that you used to live in. See you soon, Mark."

Hopefully this retraining order creates some much-needed space between Leonard, his family and Francisco.

Good lord... scary stuff right there.
