Ex-Destiny's Child Singer Arrested
Farrah Franklin, formerly of Destiny's Child, has unfortunately gotten herself in trouble again.
The singer, who was an active member of the group from 1999-2000, was recently arrested for public intoxication.
As reported, Franklin was cuffed in Georgia after getting into an argument with a male friend. The incident happened around 3 a.m. Thursday (June 2) outside of a gym in DeKalb County, Georgia.
The reports say that when officers showed up to the scene she said that she was not ready to go home, allegedly adding, "These n****s won't leave me alone."
According to TMZ, cops also noticed signs of drunkeness, such as slurred speech and an odor of booze. When police asked how her much she had been drinking, Franklin allegedly shot back, "not enough."
Sounds like quite the dramatic scene.
As reported, Franklin also racked up a charge for a small amount of weed during the arrest.
This arrest is not the first of its kind for the former DC member. She was also arrested back in 2014 for disorderly conduct.
