We'll be keeping an extra close eye on Ciara's ring finger over the next few days, because rumor has it that the singer is just about ready to make it official with her boyfriend, Russell Wilson. CiCi first put us on alert when she tweeted out some extra-happy, blessing-filled messages:

Naturally, we assumed all this means a big announcement is coming soon. It is, a source close to the R&B singer says, but not quite yet. “Ciara and Wilson are not engaged,” the source says. “They will be getting engaged one day soon though, as they both openly talk about their future with each other.”
So we'll keep these two on ring watch but will save our congratulations for when we actually see a sparkler on her finger. It can't be long now — after all, their self-inflicted rule says there will be no knocking boots until Russ puts a ring on it!
