Evelyn Lozada’s Daughter Joins Wilhelmina Models
Looks like Evelyn Lozada’s daughter is following in her mother’s footsteps and learning to love showing up for the cameras. Shaniece Hairston is parlaying her mother’s fame and carving out a name for herself as a model. The 22-year-old recently announced that she’s signed on to join Wilhelmina Models Los Angeles.
“I’m so unbelievably excited and proud to announce that I just signed on with Wilhelmina Models,” Hairston wrote on her website. “I think I’m still in shock. This is an absolute dream come true for me and I am so grateful for this opportunity. I feel truly blessed.”
Hairston appears alongside her mom in their new reality TV series Livin’ Lozada on OWN. The series just premiered this past weekend and we’re hoping it follows Hairston’s journey into her modeling career. While she’s only just signed on with an agency, Hairston has a few fun gigs already under her belt, including fashion shoots for magazines like Latina, Vibe and Complex and a BCBGeneration campaign back in 2013.
