Jennifer Hudson a Size Zero \r
In an April interview with the U.K. magazine Grazia, Jennifer Hudson says, “I never thought I was overweight. I thought my old look was pretty normal. That was how all the girls looked growing up in Chicago. I didn’t have any problem with it.”
She then says she was discriminated against by the entertainment industry, simply because she was plus size, Hello Beautiful reports. “In this slim world I do now realize I was being discriminated against. I’m offered more parts. There is much more excitement about me now.”
Today, the 30-year-old singer who won an Oscar for her role as the plus-size Effie White in 2006's Dreamgirls, is a size zero and all over the media.
Even though she’s been a Weight Watchers spokesperson since last year, the weight loss is still taking some getting used to. The Huffington Post says J-Hud tells The View’s Joy Behar, "I feel like they’re talking to someone else” when her new size is the topic of discussion.
