Belle, Amma Asante's groundbreaking film about race and class in — of all places — 18th century England, is coming to DVD and Blu-Ray this week. The film is a must-watch for fans of period dramas who rarely get a chance to see an actor of color in those Jane Austen-like environs.

Gugu Mbatha-Raw stars as the title character in the film, a biracial woman raised by her aristocratic great uncle and aunt, Lord and Lady Mansfield. She grows up alongside her cousin Elizabeth as equals and best friends, but as they come of age, their differences become all too apparent. Meanwhile, Lord Mansfield is facing a trial as Lord Chief Justice of England that could change the future of slavery. Check out our interview with Gugu below.
Also on DVD this week is the fourth season of The Walking Dead. AMC's popular zombie apocalypse drama has become a cult favorite and the DVD features all kinds of extras for hardcore fans.
