The Shade Room captured the video, and out came the “experts” with their comments. 

It wasn’t funny like his now famous “Taco Tuesday” posts, but a different kind of funny. 

Everything from “well actually” guy saying they aren’t traditional squats to those people who love to get jokes off, saying Bron is squatting “like an Instagram model.”

This is on the heels of LeBron posting his son’s 5 a.m. workout video a few days ago. The James Gang is all about their business.

Only King James could garner this kind of attention for doing a workout. 

As he prepares for his 17th season, one he hopes ends with a title, he is clearly all about putting in the work.
