Nas Names New Album Life Is Good
Nas' re-entry into the rap world since 2008's Untitled now has a name: Life Is Good. The critically acclaimed Queensbridge rapper announced the news via Twitter Saturday.
"It's free-flowing," Nas told Billboard of his latest album. "I want to be able to play this record after it’s done and be like, 'I did it.' I have to do something that feels right, and that it could last."
A release date is yet to be determined, but Odd Future's Frank Ocean, Swizz Beatz and Bangladesh are just some of the names associated with the record. And perhaps a taste of what's to come will be revealed when Nas headlines the Rock the Bells 2011 concert series in California along with Cypress Hill, Mos Def, Lauryn Hill, Talib Kweli, Raekwon and Ghostface come August.
