Women Caught Smuggling Cocaine in Hair Extensions
Two women, attempting to smuggle cocaine in their hair extensions, were detained by Colombian authorities.
The Colombian Ministry of Defense report that two women, attempting to smuggle cocaine in their hair extensions, were arrested in Colombia on Thursday (Nov. 10). The women were detained at two separate Colombian airports.
According to Local 12, the women, headed to Madrid, were stopped when a body scan showed foreign objects in their elaborate hair extensions. Authorities removed black tubes from the women's hair and opened them revealing cocaine. All together Colombia authorities seized 1.950 kilos of cocaine.
