Tyga Sued by Former Manager
Tyga’s relationship with Cash Money Records isn’t the only business deal that has apparently gone bad. The “Make It Work” rapper is being sued for millions by his former managers, TMZ reports.
A $4 million lawsuit has been filed against T-Raww by C&J Management. The suit claims he broke his contract by illegally firing the company in 2013 and signing on with a new manager.
C&J contends that without their help Tyga’s career wouldn’t be where it is today. According to the suit, C&J turned him from a “relative nobody to a world known superstar” due in part to aligning the Cali native with Cash Money Records. He signed with the label in 2009.
At press time, Tyga hasn’t commented on the suit. The 25-year-old spitter is gearing up for a tour with Chris Brown and debuting their Fan of a Fan collaboration album.
