Kamala Harris Graces Vogue’s October Digital Cover Ahead of the 2024 Presidential Election
Madam Vice President Kamala Harris is Vogue’s October digital cover star.
The 2024 Democratic Presidential Candidate made her second appearance with the veteran outlet in their latest feature, “The Candidate for Our Times,” photographed by Annie Leibovitz.
The interview comes just weeks before the November election against former President and convicted felon Donald J. Trump. While policy discussions were limited, Harris touched on key issues of concern to voters, including gun violence, reproductive rights, and clean energy.
Harris also revealed what her first call from the Oval Office would be if elected, telling the magazine, “One of my first calls—outside of family—will be to the team that is working with me on our plan to lower costs for the American people.”
She added, “It’s not just about publishing something in a respected journal. It’s not about a speech. It’s literally about, how does this hit the streets? How do people actually feel the work in a way that benefits them?”
