Boosie Badazz Claims Prosecutor Is Racist For Attempting To Keep Him In Jail Despite Posting Bond
Boosie Badazz is trying to get free from jail after he claims he posted bond to grant him his release.
According to TMZ, on Tuesday (June 20), the Louisiana rapper’s request for bond in his latest gun case was approved and set at $50,000. However, federal prosecutors have made it difficult for him to execute the bond by filing a motion to keep him in custody until trial.
Prosecutors in San Diego have appealed the decision to grant Boosie bond again, even though the judge denied their request. Late Wednesday night, he took to Twitter to accuse one of the prosecutors of racism and misconduct.

"After the judge has granted me a bond, and I paid my full cash amount the prosecution refuse to respect the judges decision to let me go,” wrote Boosie of prosecutor Michael Wheat. They showed no evidence of me being a flight risk or a danger to the community.
"The prosecutor Mr. wheat looked at me singing Wipe Me Down and shook his head with a look of evil in his eyes," he continued, "This is total misconduct from a prosecutor. He is racist and has evil intentions. Now they filed an appeal asking another judge to keep me in prison."
Boosie Badazz has been behind bars since last week after he was arrested by federal officials while exiting a courtroom in San Diego. He had just had another gun case dismissed by a judge.
