[Watch] Who You Gonna Call? Check Out Kobe Bryant's Cameo in the New Ghostbusters Movie
Kobe Bryant spent 20 years snatching the hearts out of NBA teams' chests, so you already know the Black Mamba ain't afraid of no ghosts.
And that's a good thing because the recently retired, five-time NBA champion will have a cameo in the upcoming Ghostbusters movie, which is scheduled for a July 15 release.
The Player's Tribune, which counts Bryant as one of its investors along with Derek Jeter, posted this behind-the-scenes footage of Kobe rocking a Ghostbusters' uniform — carrying a proton pack and all — in the highly anticipated summer flick.
Take a look at Kobe in action.
As much as Kobe prided himself in outworking the competition, scoring 60 points in his final NBA game just two months ago, you didn't think he was going to wait too long to make his next move, did you?
But who knew that his next move was going to be a movie, bagging this quick, little cameo role in one of the most-beloved movie franchises of them all?
Pretty slick, Kobe.
This comes after his brief role in the 2015 movie, Daddy's Home, so maybe Kobe is really pushing for a serious acting career.
Between Kobe's cameo and Nas's HSTRY clothing line rolling out with a Ghostbusters' collaboration, the iconic movie series is definitely getting some cool points.
