Snoop Dogg's Daughter Posts a Brutally Honest Message About Hating Her Dark Skin

She has something to say to the chocolate girls.

Snoop Dogg's daughter Cori Broadus is all grown up and gorgeous. But the music scion is using her platform on social media to shed light on a dark secret that affects millions of Black girls around the world: colorism.
Cori took to Instagram to share a recent photo of herself, and while many are commenting on just how beautiful the 17-year-old is, the real story is the brutally honest and touching message that accompanies it.

"I can finally say I'm comfortable in my own skin, grew up despising the skin tone I was in because it's been bashed on for so long & society has been putting in our heads that dark is ugly," she writes. "For all you beautiful chocolate girls/ women out there you're BEAUTIFUL & don't let anyone tell you different. - Cori B."

Beautiful and woke. Can't wait to see what Cori does next.
