Paula Patton recently went on record to gush about her new boyfriend, whom she said she met at one of her son's basketball games.

However, while the story is adorable on the surface, new reports indicate that she's omitting one major detail that changes the entire way the lovey-dovey news may be perceived.

According to Page Six, the man the actress is seeing is Zachary Quittman, and he's married.

"They're married, they're not even legally separated," a source told the publication. "He doesn't even have his stuff out of the house."

The insider further claimed that Quittman, who is five years Patton's junior, is a Malibu real estate agent and has been married for almost 20 years. The basketball reference comes in here, as he "coaches a lot of kids sports [teams] so he's known by a lot of families."

Page Six contacted Quittman for a comment on Tuesday, but he declined.

"I'm just kind of disgusted that [Paula] is being that callous to talk about the basketball game when we come from a very small town and everybody knows about this," the source further added.

Another insider described the father of two a bit more in-depth, saying, "He's like a trust fund kid, his mom is like No. 1 in real estate, he's a good salesperson so I'm sure he's selling himself... He hasn't really made anything of himself in his life and being in the spotlight is great for him... He's all about what he looks like, his body, his tattoos, he's a very selfish man."

To make matters a bit more odd, Quittman has reportedly moved in with the actress and has joined her on the promo tour for her new film Traffik. Furthermore, his wife is reportedly devastated at the alleged news as she thought Paula "was nice" after spending time with her in social settings with other mothers.

She is reportedly "shocked" that she took her man.

"She's on the floor, [but] she's so worried about the safety of the kids," the insider added. "She just doesn't want to rock the boat." 

The tabloid further reported, however, that Quittman's wife is now planning to purse legal action in the form of divorce.
