“Youngest-ever self-made billionaire” Kylie Jenner may have just downsized, but there’s no way she’s taking a financial loss. 

In the last two years, the makeup mogul reportedly purchased four properties worth more than $27 million, and, according to Variety, she just sold her one of her luxe homes in Hidden Hills, California, for an off-market deal for $6.7 million.

The 7,000-square-foot home at the tail end of a quiet cul-de-sac boasts 4.5 acres of land, six bedrooms, seven baths, a private driveway, two fitted walk-in closets, outdoor kitchen, and a solar-heated swimming pool and spa.

ICYMI: The Cape Cod-style residence could often be seen as a backdrop on her social media in her selfies, including the extremely fancy wine cellar underneath the stairs.

Some of the buyer's new neighbors include Kim and Kanye West as well as her mom, Kris Jenner.

At the time, Kylie’s primary residence with her boyfriend, Travis Scott, and 7-month-old baby Stormi is the $12 million house in Hidden Hills she purchased back in October 2016.
