Lil Wayne may not write down his rhymes, but apparently he has kept a diary. The Young Money superstar has announced his first memoir, which will be titled Gone Till November and be based on diary entries he wrote while in prison.
Weezy's first book will be published by Grand Central Publishing on November 28. The publisher is describing the book as an "internal monologue" kept by the rapper while serving eight months for a gun conviction at New York's Rikers Island in 2010.
Lil Wayne isn't the only rapper to have penned a book while serving a lengthy bid behind bars. Recently, T.I. published his first novel Power & Beauty, which he wrote while serving 11 months for a probation violation. In 1995, Tupac famously wrote an undeveloped screenplay during his own incarceration. That project, titled Live 2 Tell, was optioned last year.
