Viral Video Of White Man Calling Black Woman A 'Loud Mouthed Monkey F****r' Prompts Investigation

The 10-minute long racist rant took place on a Long Island Railroad train.

Transit officials in New York City have opened an investigation into a video which shows a white commuter berating a Black woman with racist language.

because the felt the woman was talking too loud. As a result, he called the woman many offensive names and went off on a bigoted tirade, reported WABC 7.

“Shut the f–k up, you f–king loudmouthed monkey motherf–ker,” the man yelled in the video. “… I can’t listen to your f–king black ass no more. ..You f–king loudmouthed bitch. ..At least I got a f–king mother. Do you know who your mother is? You don’t know who your mother or your father is because you’re a f–king monkey, that’s why.”

Although the video was only recently published to social media, it was recorded on an April 19 Valley Stream bound train.

"There were people on the train that did try and get him to stop, and he just kept going and going and at one point he did get up and got in one of the girls' face," one anonymous passenger told WABC 7 about the incident.

"Apparently she was being too loud, I don't know, I personally didn't hear her," the passenger said. "He started calling her a b**** and then another young woman stuck up for her, and was like 'you don't speak to people like that' and then it kinda just escalated into being more racist."

The woman who posted the video to a Facebook group said that the man later got in the woman’s face.

MTA officials condemned the man’s behavior and said they are investigating.

“This language is offensive, completely inappropriate, and has no place in our society, let alone on the Long Island Rail Road,” said MTA spokesman Aaron Donovan. “We are actively investigating this report.”
