Bobby Shmurda isn't out of the woods just yet.

After it was reported last week that the rapper would have one Brooklyn gun case dismissed by the Brooklyn District Attorney office, the "Hot Boy" MC is still on the hook for another gun case stemming from June 2014, according to XXL.

The publication is reporting that Shmurda is scheduled to appear in court Thursday to face charges from a separate gun charge. The Brooklyn D.A. office dismissed one gun charge as strictly procedure, but the rapper must still face charges for the other indictments made by Special Narcotics.

Shmurda, whose real name is Ackquille Pollard, was allegedly involved in two different gun charges — both close in time to each other in June 2014. One gun charge stemmed from a shooting outside a Brooklyn barbershop and the other came after police had a search warrant and found a gun on Shmurda.

Shmurda and his GS9 crew were originally arrested last month and charged with nearly 70 crimes, including murder, conspiracy and gun possession. The Brooklyn rhyme slinger is being held in the Manhattan Detention Complex on $2 million bail.
