UPDATE: It's officially over for Sherri Shepherd and her husband Lamar Sally. The couple of three years have filed for divorce, TMZ reports. Sally initiated the proceedings, and is seeking spousal support from his talk show host wife. To make matters more complicated, the couple are expecting a baby via a surrogate. Sally is seeking full physical and legal custody of the unborn child, and has asked the court to limit Shepherd's visitation rights.

Sherri Shepherd and her husband Lamar Sally are ready to call it quits on their marriage, PageSix.com reports. The View co-host and Sally, a TV writer, have been married for three years, but things have hit the rocks lately, according to sources close to the couple.
While reps for Shepherd had no comment on the rumors, the couple will reportedly announce their separation soon. 
Shepherd married Sally in 2011, two years after she divorced her first husband, Jeff Tarpley, after finding out he was cheating.
