Kanye West’s 2024 Bid For Presidency Unlikely
There is already a huge field of candidates challenging Joe Biden for the 2024 presidency. However, we now know that Kanye West almost certainly won’t be one of them.
According to Bruce Marks, the Chicago rapper/producer’s attorney, his client will not enter a bid for Commander in Chief. “He’s not a candidate for office in 2024, the lawyer told Rolling Stone on Thursday (October 19).
Marks is reportedly winding down Ye’s campaign before it even gets started. An October FEC filing by his 2020 political committee reveals that the campaign has allocated zero dollars for primary expenditures in all 50 states and U.S. territories in the most recent reporting period from January to September of this year.

Additionally, the filing shows the campaign raised zero dollars in the most recent reporting period and had less than $25,000 cash on hand.
Kanye’s infamous 2020 presidential campaign was marred by a lack of organization and plagued by missed filing dates for primary candidacies in numerous states. In November last year, he announced he would run for president again. However, it wasn’t clear what election cycle he was referring to.
