If you feel like you’re in a bit of a rut today, this may give you the motivation you need. A 70-year-old Japanese woman wowed the judges and crowd at Italia’s Got Talent doing something no one would have remotely expected: pole dancing.

After being grilled by the judges, Tomoko had everyone’s jaws on the floor when she dove right into an amazing pole-dancing routine showing off her incredible core body strength.

Tomoko, who said she previously worked as an actress and singer, stunned with her routine, leaving the judges in awe. “You have an amazing body,” one of them said. “Full of harmony.”
