There are men who are well-endowed and then there are men like Roberto Esquivel Cabrera. Cabrera is a 54-year-old resident of northeastern Mexico and his trouser snake is, in a word, astounding — and kind of terrifying. He claims that his penis is 18.9 inches long and there is evidence. Too much evidence.

Apparently, Cabrera’s actual anaconda is only seven inches long and the rest is foreskin. That’s a solid 11.9 inches of foreskin, which is not a sentence I had ever hoped to type or utter aloud. It reaches below his knees. He claims that it also weighs a solid two pounds. In the video below — if you’re really, really curious — you can see him touch the top of his head with it. 

Cabrera’s penis has really affected his quality of life. According to a news.au article, "[Cabrera] survives on social assistance and scavenges for food and materials on waste dumps. He has no friends and says people 'shun' him wherever he goes." He cannot work or be active due to the length of his penis, and obviously women are unable to have sex with him.

Apparently he has no interest in surgery. "I'm happy with my penis," he told Barcroft TV. "I know nobody has the size I have in the world." Cabrera hopes to be in the Guinness Book of World Records and to move to the U.S., where he could maybe start a porn career. However according to Barcroft, he was actually deported in 2011 after a number of indecent exposure allegations. There are no words.
