Sex Tape Accuser Calls 50 Cent's Legal Team Expenses Outrageous

She orders him to cut the crap and pay up.

Earlier this year 50 Cent was hit with a big lawsuit for revealing a sextape featuring Lastonia Leviston. She would eventually win a $7 million judgement, contributing to the Queens native’s bankruptcy filing.

Leviston isn’t going away though and doesn’t seem cool with the fees 50’s lawyers have been racking up. According to TMZ, she recently filed court documents blasting his legal team after discovering they blew $57,241.76 on hotels while working on his bankruptcy case. The actual money spent on 50 Cent’s legal research came to $14,800.66, and a court reporter totaled $26,890.

The docs relay Levison’s displeasure with the numbers, which he’s required to file regularly due to his bankruptcy. She says the expenses are “unreasonable” and may be hinting that her intake should be more if he’s spending that much on lawyer’s fees. Leviston also wants the judge to reject the legal team’s reimbursements and give 50 a stern warning about his spending.

50 Cent filed for bankruptcy in July. The news shocked the hip hop world and made him the butt of jokes until he responded to the news. The move was in all likelihood a counter to the jury ordering him to pay out over the sex tape. The original suit stemmed from him posting a video online with Leviston’s then-boyfriend's consent and taunted her as the character Pimpin’ Curly throughout it in 2009. This was during the peak of 50’s beef with Rick Ross, something that seems to be still lingering.
