Frank Ocean fans are getting impatient waiting on Boys Don’t Cry to arrive. Ocean has been tight-lipped on the sophomore LP, aside from confirming a July release, but without a specific date.

The element of surprise doesn’t seem to be working for everybody, though. A fake Boys Don’t Cry album cover has been circulating Twitter, as well as an alleged July 23 drop date. As Complex reports, the cover art comes from a three-year-old Photoshopped image that Ocean posted on Tumblr.

That leaves the release date, which is still a fable at this point (unless he’s trying to throw us off and the rumors are really true). Regardless, if Ocean’s album were to drop without warning in two days, two weeks or 20 days, it’ll still be a welcomed surprise.
