This "Becky with the good hair" lyric is getting out of control!
After Beyoncé dropped her epic visual album, LEMONADE, there was a reference to someone named Becky with the good hair, who people are assuming to be a woman Jay Z cheated with. Rachel Roy appeared to out herself as the woman by posting an Instagram photo with a comment about "good hair" moments after the line caught fire on the internet. And then the BeyHive attacked, going so far as to declare Roy "dead" on Wikipedia.
After an attempt to defend herself on Twitter by accusing Beyoncé stans of "bullying" her, Roy may have realized this is one battle she's not going to win. The fashion designer and Damon Dash's ex-wife pulled out of an event scheduled for Monday, April 25 for reasons that should be obvious to the whole world by now.
“Due to a personal emergency, Rachel Roy has had to cancel this evening’s event. Our apologies for any inconvenience,” a rep from NeueHouse, where the event was to be held, says. 

Considering the BeyHive's reputation for pretty much ending anyone who dares cross the Queen, it's safe to assume it'll be a while before Roy resurfaces. She might want to think about witness protection, too.

Somehow, we think these denials are only going to fuel the speculation even further.
