Jermaine Jackson must pay $12,000 in back child support to his ex-wife Alejandra Jackson or face up to 20 days in jail, TMZ reports. The former Jackson 5 member is close to being found in contempt of court orders if he doesn't write a check soon. 
This isn't the first time the father of two has fallen behind on paying child support for his sons Jermajesty and Jaffar. He cleared long-outstanding debts to his family once in 2011 and again this past May. His wages were also garnished by the courts. But his obligations haven't curbed his appetite for expensive cars — Jackson reportedly bought himself a Ferrari worth $160,000 last month.
