Report: Diana Ross to Sign Off on Joint Custody Agreement

T.J. and Katherine Jackson one step closer to formalizing new arrangement for Michael's kids.

Finally, some good news for Michael Jackson's three children.
After a week of very public battling within the Jackson family, T.J. Jackson and Katherine Jackson are one step closer to formalizing a joint custody agreement that would put them both in charge of Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket Jackson. RadarOnline.com reports that Diana Ross, who was named next in line after Katherine for guardianship of the kids in Michael's will, has signed off on the idea of joint custody between T.J., 34, and Katherine, 82.
"Diana has no qualms whatsoever about the new custody agreement, she only wants what is best for the children," a source tells Radar. "Diana knows that the children are old enough to decide who they want to live with and she defers to what they want. While Diana hasn't been a big part of their lives because she lives on the East Coast, she is very fond of them."
As we reported last week, T.J. Jackson was awarded temporary custody of his cousin Michael's three children after Katherine Jackson couldn't be reached for close to 10 days. She had been allegedly "resting and recuperating" at a spa in Arizona while her children battled over Michael's will and estate.
Barring any further roadblocks, the coast seems to be clear for a judge to formalize the joint custody arrangement.
