According to TMZ, iconic R&B and pop music vocalist Mariah Carey is on the receiving end of a lawsuit from her former manager Stella Stolper and for a number of reasons including civil rights violations, and now, a sexual violation as well.

Stolper reportedly notified Mariah’s team that she was filing legal documents against the songstress for breach of contract and unpaid money for her services. In the latest development, she now claims sexual harassment, TMZ states, after alleging the countless times Mariah was in the nude in front of her.

The site adds that Mariah has deemed the claim “baseless,” but Stolper also plans to allege substance abuse and refusal to take medicine for her recently-announced bipolar disorder in her legal argument.

“If this frivolous and baseless claim is filed, we will defend against it vigorously and successfully," a source from Mariah’s team allegedly stated.

MiMi gave Stopler a pink slip in the middle of her three-year-contract, TMZ mentions, but the ex-manager is reportedly sharing her claims in one final attempt to reconcile before they take things to the courthouse.

Mariah nor her team have not yet release a public statement on the allegations.
