Beyonce slays in just about any outfit she struts out to public events. Her birthday was no different.

The Queen turned 35 on Sunday (September 4) and to celebrate, she threw a Soul Train-themed party featuring some of the biggest names in music and entertainment.

Instagram provided a pretty comprehensive look at what people were wearing, including Bey, who donned a pretty revealing gold dress initially covered by a large, draping tan coat. She also had some pretty phonky glasses on, which brought the '70s to the forefront of the party.

Numerous celebrities attended the soiree including husband Jay Z, Swizz Beatz and his wife Alicia Keys, Chance The Rapper, Kendrick Lamar, Diddy and Cassie and Michelle Williams, among others. Perhaps the highlight of the night is when Blue Ivy wished her mom a happy birthday as the cake rolled out. It was enough to make your heart melt.
