Racist Journalist Katie Hopkins Declares Idris Elba Isn’t Fit To Be James Bond And Gets Brutally Dragged By...Ice T

T.K.O.

It now goes without saying that the general public's yearning for Idris Elba to fill the shoes of secret agent 007, a.k.a. James Bond, is at an all-time high and has been for years. However, the reality of this fitting role is yet to materialize.

Luckily, fans of the British actor were given a taste of their dream when it was teased that he was being considered for the role. However, far-right media personality Katie Hopkins quickly took to Twitter to share why she thinks this is a terrible idea, but Ice T made it clear that he wouldn't have any Elba slander on his watch.

Following Bond producer Barbara Broccoli's recent comment, which showed that the powers that be agree that "it is time" to introduce a bit more diversity to the highly grossing franchise, Hopkins reared her head to stress that diversity doesn't belong in the Bond family.

"No, Idris Elba. You can't be James Bond," she boldly tweeted. "You will not be 007 no matter how many tweets you put out. It's not because you're a gentleman of color, it's because Bond isn't. Must we perpetually crowbar gender and color where it doesn't fit?"

Quickly learning of Hopkins' comments, which were packed with masked racism, Ice-T hopped on Twitter to unapologetically state, "This b***h sounds stupid..."

  • With more than 100K people agreeing with his sentiment about the notoriously problematic journalist/reality star, it was safe to say that he had the internet's backing on this one.

After she came across his comments herself, Hopkins retweeted the rapper/actor, writing, "Ice-T my a*s," and those were the words that prompted him to go off the rails, and he never looked back.

"Lol The Ho replied! Eat a D**k," he responded, followed by a slew of insults, including one that showed him baffled by her much-discussed actual age vs. her appearance-related age.
