In this clip, Future talks about his gifts for making hits. He references the constant need to listen to nursery rhymes over and over again to focus on its melodies. He later speaks on his first major record, Racks, and how it helped him learn how to make hits. Ever since then, he’s used the same formula, or as he explains, “I just got it down to a science. Now I can just make hits.”

Future also opens up about his use of drugs. A lot of songs are based on heavy drug and codeine use, and we finally learn that he really needs those things to create. "Those things help me create and help me to think. I’m just making music and just getting me into that zone. I got so much that be on my mind, might just be in another zone with them.  I don’t think about nothing else.”

Watch the whole thing below, and stay tuned for the final part, to be released tomorrow.
