DDG Recreates Iconic Disney Pose from 'The Lion King' with Baby Halo
DDG is proud of his son, Halo.
On Sunday (March 31), the "I'm Geekin" rapper had a precious moment with his baby boy, whom he shares with his girlfriend, Halle Bailey. While in St. Lucia, the rapper and his son recreated an iconic scene from Disney's "The Lion King."
While facing the picturesque oceanside, DDG is captured holding the infant high in the air, similar to the way Mufasa held Simba when he introduced him to their community in the film. During the post, Halo's face was against the camera the entire time.
"showing my son the world before the world sees him 🌎," he said in the Instagram caption.
"The Little Mermaid" star also shared a cute memory of their tropical getaway with baby Halo while covered in mud.
Still, this isn't the first time the parents have given users on the app a tease of their baby by hiding his face.
Last month, Halo starred in his latest music video for "Shoot Up Your Block."
Then, in February, Halo made a cameo in another IG video while promoting his Dad's single "Going To The Top."
DDG and Bailey announced in January they welcomed a son after months of pregnancy speculation.
